Rust

Rust is a combination of first-person action, building, and survival game that takes place on multiple servers with hundreds of people buzzing through the action.

The three primary components of the game are building, first-person action, and survival. To make it through this rough and tumble world, you're going to need materials. Some popular materials on the game are tires and stones. With these materials, you'll build the world around you to suit your strategic purposes. Don't expect to get through the game with casual building, though. Throughout the building process, you'll face a legion of opponents, from wild beasts to other players fighting for survival.

The survival part is obvious. You're going to have to play defense during the building process. Not only do they have many creative monsters to oppose you but other players can take you out, too. That's where the third component of the game comes in Action! You're going to enjoy the peaceful moments but in-between those tranquil times will be deathly standoffs with other players and the monsters in-game.

This game is very much what you make of it. It's hard. Don't expect a walk through the park when you play Rust. You have to be alert at all times, making the most of your materials, structures, and weapons. The visuals in the game have been lauded as some of the best for a game of this kind. It's a beautiful, well drawn out, although dangerous, world of fun.
